No Refund Policy – Final and Enforceable

At BrandHub Agency, we deliver strategic services, digital infrastructure, licensing modules, and SaaS systems that begin accruing cost the moment you engage us. Due to the irreversible nature of custom development, licensing, setup processes, and digital provisioning, all sales are final.

By engaging with BrandHub Agency, you agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Setup and onboarding fees

  • Annual or monthly licensing fees

  • Subscription or retainer agreements

  • Software modules or SaaS products

  • Online ordering systems

  • ADA compliance applications

  • Branding, consulting, or strategic work

  • Any form of custom development or labor

Scope of Non-Refundable Work

You acknowledge that all time, labor, intellectual property, and access provisioning are non-refundable, regardless of usage status. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Work already completed or in progress

  • Access to digital software, tools, or licensed products

  • Time reserved for development, consultation, or support

  • Hosting, API access, or third-party service integration fees

  • Internal testing, ADA setup, or payment integration labor

  • Merchant or gateway fees (Stripe, Square, PayPal, etc.)

Chargebacks and Disputes

All chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate service suspension, forfeiture of access, and escalation to collections and legal counsel.

We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargeback activity to credit bureaus, banks, merchant processors, and law enforcement when applicable.

Resolution Process (Non-Monetary Only)

If you believe an error has occurred or expectations were not met within the defined service scope, you may contact our team in writing at support@brandhub.agency.

We are willing to investigate concerns, correct eligible errors, and improve service where appropriate — but refunds will not be considered as part of any resolution.

Binding Agreement

By initiating payment, using our platform, or engaging with BrandHub Agency services in any form, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

This policy is legally binding and enforceable under the laws of the State of California.
