Billing Policy & Compliance
- All clients must keep a valid payment method on file.
- Invoices are issued on the 15th of the month for upcoming services.
- BrandHub Agency is 100% compliant with SquareUP, Stripe, and Zoho Payments systems.
- Clients agree to our posted Terms of Service and Billing Structure by using our services.
- Non-payment results in immediate suspension or termination of access.
