1. Overview

All BrandHub Agency clients are required to maintain active licenses for all deployed SaaS applications, modules, connectors, compliance systems, and backup infrastructures.

Annual licensing ensures that systems remain secure, compliant, and fully supported year-round.
Failure to maintain active licensing will result in immediate service suspension, license revocation, and/or account termination without refund.

2. License Activation

Licensing begins automatically when:

  • The client enters into a service contract with BrandHub Agency and
  • The associated SaaS application or module is deployed or updated on the client’s system by BrandHub.

This marks the official start of the licensing cycle.

3. Standard Annual Licensing Fees

The following example of services are billed annually and are mandatory for all clients where applicable:

  • SquareUP Connector License (per active module)
    • Merch Module: $1,200/year
    • Online Ordering Module: $1,200/year
  • Off-Site Backup Licenses
    • Each active site (e.g., Website, Merch Store): $1,200/year
  • ADA Compliance Application License
    • Required for all client websites to meet accessibility standards:
    • $1,188/year ($99/month, billed annually)

4. Billing Terms

  • Licensing fees are due in full upon deployment, with renewal each calendar year on that same date.
  • Clients onboarded mid-cycle may be aligned to an April billing cycle at BrandHub’s discretion.
  • All fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance to maintain active service.

5. License Enforcement and Service Eligibility

Licensing is required for continued access to:

  • SaaS modules
  • Hosting
  • Online ordering tools
  • APIs and connectors
  • Compliance and backup systems
  • Technical support

If licensing lapses or payments are not received:

  • Service may be suspended or terminated without notice
  • All associated access may be revoked
  • Client will forfeit support and infrastructure rights until account is brought current

6. Policy Changes

BrandHub Agency reserves the right to update this licensing structure or modify billing schedules at any time without prior notice.
